How today's Internet is killing our culture

Images_2 The subtitle of the book has changed. Once upon a time (ie: last week), it was CULT OF THE AMATEUR: How the democratization of the digital world is assaulting our economy, our culture and our values.

But this subtitle wasn't scary enough. It didn't assault my senses, keep me up at night, traumatize my innermost being. The problem was too much Alexis De Tocqueville and not enough Boris Karloff.  So we've shortened and sharpened the subtitle -- making it even more horrible in its brevity:

CULT OF THE AMATEUR: How today's Internet is killing our culture

This one will stick. It's a short, sharp murder story and we are all the victim.  The future really does have a twist now. The nightmare begins on June 5: CULT OF THE AMATEUR: How today's Internet is killing our culture. Read it at your peril.
